- Rates
- Apartment rates are quoted for the indicated number of persons per day excluding local tax and final cleaning
- Final cleaning
- The final cleaning is a one-time fee between € 65 and € 170 depending on the apartment type
- Local tax
- A local tax of € 5 will be charged separately per person and day. Children and teenagers under 15 born 2011 (2026) and born 2012 (2027) do not pay local tax
- Check-in
- Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please call us if you arrive after 7:00 pm, so we can prepare a late check-in for you
- Check-out
- Please check out before 9:00 am
- Smoking
- Apart Bellaria is a non-smoking apartment hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments as well as the single room
- Pets
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Apart Bellaria
- Additional persons
- Additional persons in an apartment can only be booked upon request and if confirmed by us. Charges apply. Only the number of additional persons specified in the apartment description can be booked. Please note that we cannot accommodate persons that have not been confirmed by us in advance
- Deposit
- Our policy requires a € 400 credit card deposit per apartment upon arrival. Your credit card will only be charged in case an apartment has not been left properly
- Payment
- We accept cash, EC card, Visa or Mastercard. You can also send us the invoice amount by bank transfer before your arrival
- Important!
- Please do not celebrate any parties or bachelor nights at our apartment hotel
- Cancellation terms
- 1st June 2026 till 30th September 2026
- Cancellation or rebooking free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
- From 30 days before arrival 90% of the total amount will be charged.
- No-shows, late arrivals or early departures 100% of the total amount of the stay and no-shows or early departures will be charged the total amount.
19th October 2026 till 18th December 2026- You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 46 days before arrival.
- 45 - 31 days before arrival 40% will be charged.
- 30 - 15 days before arrival 80% will be charged.
- From 14 days before arrival 90% will be charged.
- Cancellations and changes that are made late, no-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount.
19th December 2026 till 30th April 2027- You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 61 days before arrival.
- 60 - 46 days before arrival 50% will be charged.
- 45 - 15 days before arrival 80% will be charged.
- From 14 days before arrival 90% will be charged.
- Cancellations and changes that are made late, no-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount.
Important: These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are sublet in whole or in part. Please note that in the event of cancellation or curtailment, we will charge the contractually agreed cancellation fees. If you do not have cancellation insurance, you will be responsible for these costs yourself. - Travel cancellation insurance
